Used to pull from a ship receiving array pads. Will prioritize pulling from top (install on ship pad), and the lower belt (to usage), any excess will continue through the belt (left to right).

Avoids Logistic loader issue of not prioritizing your desired output.
Fits on 8x12 vs 8x8 (logistic III).

Mining Starting Pad, used to tile and expand the Mining Starting Pad - Initial.
Can extend both directions without much tweaks.
Each are loaded by 16+ belts.
